Hotel Manager (Ultra-Luxury Property) – North Miami, FL ($120,000 – $130,000)
Oversees the following departments; Front Office, Guest Relations, Valet Parking, Housekeeping, Laundry, Food & Beverage, Culinary, Pool & Beach and Condominium Management Relations. Inspects and evaluates the work and performance of all guest and resident interfacing areas ensuring that all procedures are performed to the hotel’s standards. Performs the daily responsibilities to ensure optimum service to guests/visitors inclusive of meeting hotels guests and residents.
Responsible for the management of the hotel operations with a focus on the guests and residents services. Directs, implements, and maintains a service and management philosophy which serves as a guide to all team members. Ensures that all standard our client’s (Forbes, Leading Hotels and AAA) are updated, communicated and delivered by our client’s team members consistently well. Assists owners communicate our client’s vision of guest service excellence, resolving problems/issues, employee enrichment and planning for sustainable growth. Represents the General Manager in his absence.
